A representative for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: 'We were brought in for reports of a health-related crisis at a property on Cairndhu Drive at 9.21 am. 

'Two ambulances, a paramedic official, and our Hazardous Area Response Team went to the scene. Upon appearance, we found two patients, a man, and a little kid.

"Lamentably, it immediately became evident that none of the patients could be saved and their demises were affirmed at the scene."

Kidderminster is an enormous business city with an expected populace of 55,000 and is found 17 miles southwest of Birmingham.
