Sara Davies MBE (conceived 23 April 1984) is a British finance manager, business visionary, and TV character. She is the author and proprietor of Crafter's Companion, an organization she began while an understudy at the University of York.

On 23 April 2019, it was reported that she would join the board of Dragons' Den for its seventeenth arrangement, supplanting Jenny Campbell who chose to leave the program in mid-2019. 

Early life 

Davies was born in Coundon, County Durham, England in 1984. She moved on from the University of York with a top-of-the-line business degree in 2006. 

Profession 

Davies established Crafter's Companion, a crafter's stock organization, while at college in 2005. Davies has delegated Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2016 New Year Honors for administrations to the economy. 

Davies has been perceived with various honors for her work as a business visionary. In 2010 she was granted the Ernst and Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year grant, in 2013 she was given the Entrepreneur of the Year at the Shell Women of the Year Awards and she was recorded in startups.co.uk's Young Guns Entrepreneurs of the Year class of 2015.

She has additionally been the beneficiary of two Lloyds Bank National Business Awards: the Santander Small to Medium-Sized Business of the Year grant in 2010 and the Outstanding Contribution to British Business Award in 2019. 

Individual life 

Davies wedded her significant other Simon in September 2007. The couple has two youngsters and lives in Teesside.
